What do you do when you have an unusual ensemble? Arrange something specially for them! Avalon is a fantastic 1920s jazz tune which lends itself to an ensemble of any type. This arrangement is for an ensemble with an experienced viola and cello section, but a violin and double bass section that are still learning. This upbeat arrangement is perfect for beginning musicians to perform in school or even in competitions. The arrangement goes for approx. 2 min. This purchase includes a score and parts for all performers; violin, viola, cello and double bass. It would work best for players of a beginning intermediate level. It is set in the key of G major, which is perfect for stringed instruments.
