Product Description

Vocal Pastels is an instrumental interlude based on my setting of Psalm 146 (for vocal octet or chamber choir and double bass). Approximate length is 3 minutes and 3 seconds. The trombone part is written exclusively in tenor clef. The bass line (double bass, baritone sax, and bassoon) should be played at a constant, volume (mezzo forte), so that it weaves it's way through the music; predominate in some places, almost lost in others. Two players on each of the non-bass parts. Some of the high note may be challenging for some players and can be played an octave lower.
