There are many songs with this same name which tell of when the Earls of Tyrone and Tyrconnell left Ireland for mainland Europe in 1607. This arrangement uses a traditional, march-like tune that has been used for at least six Christian Hymns.

There is a chromatic in each verse. The lever harp players will need to drop a couple notes in order to make the chromatic. The dynamics and pedal/lever changes are clearly marked.
