Product Description

One of the most popular hymns of all times, the poem, "What A Friend We Have in Jesus", was a poem written by Joseph Scriven in 1855. He sent it from Canada to his Mother in Ireland. In 1868, American Charles Converse, an attorney and composer of hymns, came across Scrivens poem and set the words to music, publishing it in a hymnal.

Set in the key of F, the melody is shared equally between parts. Each part is of equal difficulty, although Harp II makes F# in each verse. Dynamics are clearly marked
