Product Description

PARIS is a track from Caro Emerald's second studio album The Shocking Miss Emerald, released in 2013.  The album went to Number One in the Netherlands and UK album charts, and Number Three in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.  The lyrics evoke the decadence and glamour of the fashion industry from the solitary viewpoint of a designer.

This arrangement for String Quartet is written in the original key of E minor i.e. the key signature has one sharp.  The melody is played in turn by Violin 1, Violin 2, 'Cello, Violin 1 again, and Viola.  All players have tasty little embellishments throughout, as well as some rhythmic (harmonic) passages.

Duration about 4 mins 41 seconds
Score is 5 pages, and each part is two pages, making a total of 13 pages.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
