heavens shown a light, what a glorious sight

child lay, in a manger filled with hay

Shepherds
gathered round to see, the newborn Prince of Peace
Their sheep
lie down, as they kneel on the ground.
The angels
sing with joy, to the newborn baby boy
They all bow
down, as their wings touch the ground
Peace on
Earth, Peace on earth, Peace on earth good will to men
News came
across the sand, to all the nearby lands
Three kings
made the journey, bringing gifts to the baby
God warned
them in a dream, of Herods deadly scheme
So they made
a different plan, going back to their homeland
Silent
Night, Silent Night, Christ was born in Bethlehem
In the
stillness of the night.
