Inspired but the tragic events of Sandy Hook, Taken was composed as a way to deal with this horrible atrocity. Dedicated to those killed and taken on December 14th, 2012 in Newtown, CT. This piece features intermediate to advanced level ostinato, chords and arpeggios in the left hand with moderate to advanced melody and chords in the right hand. Includes dynamic markings and phrasings.
