Derek Hasted writes "This is a lovely piece for guitar quartet or for a larger ensemble. This arrangement starts off in the key of A, with a deep, dark tune (as you'll hear on the soundfile). As each of the 4 verses enters, the texture thickens a little, and between verses two and three there is a big and uplifting key change and the tune climbs over an octave higher. With lots of imitation and a gentle flowing rhythm, this piece has something for each of the players to make "their own". In the final verse, big flowing Spanish-sounding chords generate a massive wall of sound and the piece concludes with a slowed down end to the tune.

This arrangement has featured in concerts in the UK for many years and it's become a real favorite with the audiences.
