Product Description

Renowned Gospel and Blues musician Thomas Dorsey wrote the words to "Precious Lord, Take My Hand" after the death of his wife and newborn son, adapting a melody attributed to George Nelson Allen.

Appropriate for funerals, church preludes,  background gigs, or as a solo, this arrangement of "Precious Lord" aims for a bluesy, understated feel. Perform it with a gentle swing that blurs the lines between sixteenth notes and triplets.

For lever harp (29 strings or more). Includes 1 F sharp lever change and 2 pre-set F naturals.
Chord symbols and some fingerings included.
Intermediate
The lowest note is the G an octave and a half below middle C. The highest note is the B two octaves above middle C.
