Davis has chosen several traditional song favorites from the annual 8-day December festival, commemorating the miracle of the oil from the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and the family of Judah Maccabee and the army of followers defeating of the scourge of the radical Antiochus III and his ruthless religious oppression against the Jewish people:
