This is a somewhat simplified version but is still very challenged and meant for the Advanced Intermediate pianist. The Piano Concerto was originally written in 1868 but Grieg continued to revise it all the way up to his death in 1907. This edition also contains a short biography of the composer and some historical information of the Grieg Piano Concerto. This arrangement take approximately 5 minutes to play. This beloved Concerto has the distinction to be the very first Piano Concerto ever recorded - in 1907.
