Product Description

This is the famous Krakowiak from A Life for the Tzar. The sound bite is of the first 30 seconds (SMP doesn't like anything longer) but the entire arrangement is 7 minutes and 24 seconds. The clarinet and horn parts are written with a key signature (Glinka wrote them without one). I took some liberty substituting trills for rapidly repeated notes in the strings (strings do them well but don't have the same effect with winds). Page turns are a problem, but the parts are only four pages each. This is fun to play.
