This is an arrangement of Camille Saint-Saëns' Danse Macabre. The arrangement can be played with five voices (SSATB) and his highly adaptable to which instrument covers which part. It is developed around the model of a typical quintet. (brass quintet, woodwind quintet, saxophone ensemble, clarinet ensemble, etc) There are also optional percussion parts for snare, bass, and tambourine. This piece would also work as a full concert band piece if needed (especially if instrumentation is a concern).
