Product Description
I wish you the greatest pleasure
playing this arrangement of one of Israel's most popular and beloved melodies.
This was written in 1917 in Jerusalem by Avraham Zvi Idelssohn, considered to
be the father of Israeli music. Idelssohn's research into the music cultures of
the different Jewish communities of Jerusalem laid the foundation for the
growth of a unique melding of east and west that is the Israeli musical style.
I hope you enjoy playing this as much as I enjoyed writing it. If you enjoy this, you are welcome to try some of my other arrangements. You can see them at
