Product Description

One of the glories of baroque instrumental music, this well-known piece comes from Handels oratorio Solomon. It makes ideal brass quintet concert repertoire, and is often requested at weddings. I have divided the semiquaver passages between the two trumpets to lessen the burden. Even so, there are several long phrases which need to be played in a single breath. Horn in Eb, Trombone in Bb, Bass in Eb and Bass in Bb parts are also provided as alternatives for brass band players. The score is at concert pitch.
