This setting of the Huron Carol (Twas in the Moon of Wintertime), for cello and piano, was originally a vocal solo but works very nicely as an instrumental solo. Recording is of the vocal version. A beautiful arrangement of a lesser-known Christmas carol, which is a French Canadian melody and is the earliest Christmas carol from North America.
