Product Description

This fun piece hearkens back to the 1940's swing style of Bob Wills and Milton Brown. More inspired by that style than a
re-creation. Should be played a bit slower than we recorded it. Would like a re-do.. as it should be played more like Bob said, "lazy". Not about speed at all, but about a laid back swing style. We enjoy playing it for weddings, and background music receptions.  Great in a pops music quartet setting. Works in nicely with bluegrass venue too.
Hope you enjoy it. Nice addition to your pops wedding music or pops string quartet library. If you like this check out Growling Old Man on SMP. It's a lively old timey bluegrass piece for string quartet. Also, fun to play.
