Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini Variation No.18 arranged for piano solo

In 1934 Sergei Rachmanininoff composed a set of Variations on a Theme of Paganini for piano and orchestra, based on Niccolò Paganini's Caprice No. 24 in A minor for solo violin. This piano solo arrangement of the 18th variation has been transcribed from the original orchestral score and adapted for pianists of Advanced Intermediate Level. The 18th variation is the most well-known and is a popular request to be played at wedding ceremonies.
