The Ducks are exercise enthusiasts and wake up every morning to practice so that they can beat the Goose Family getting down to the lake to catch the fattest worms. They do a dance routine and strike silly poses as the percussionists hit random noise makers. This song works well for Elementary Children's Chorus substituting the phrase "Go.......Team!"
