Product Description

The lounge favorite "My Way" is now available for small jazz combo! Scored for combo one lead instrument with guitar, piano, bass, and drums. Key of C. Includes a full set of parts.

Basic Jazz Combo arrangement for flexible combo with any lead instrument (parts supplied for C, Bb, Eb, and Bass Clef lead instrument) with piano or guitar, bass, and drums. Bass part is fully notated, with chord symbols added. Includes a set of parts for each instrument.

A Basic Jazz Combo arrangement is like playing from a leadsheet or Real Book, except better! Our Basic Jazz Combo adds features you don't get from a leadsheet or Real Book: a fully worked out intro and ending, a written bass part, and a full drum chart.

My Way was popularized by Frank Sinatra, whose version spent 75 weeks in the UK Top 40. Its lyrics were written by Paul Anka and set to music based on the French song "Comme d'habitute" (co-composed, co-written and performed in 1967 by Claude Francois).

A version scored specifically for three horns ( trumpets, alto sax, trombone) is also available from SMP from arranger Joseph Hasper.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
