Product Description

"The Shepherds' Farewell" is a movement from Berlioz's oratorio L'enfance du Christ. This beautiful, pastoral piece is often performed around Christmastime.
This arrangement is for oboe, 4 bassoons, and contrabassoon. It may be played without the oboe, as the oboe part is cued in one of the bassoons (not in the oboe's original octave, but in an octave that will still sound good.)
This edition includes score and all parts.  The sound file contains only part of the piece (one verse.)
