Product Description

As the bridge from the Classical to Romantic Era, Beethoven's name, and much of his music is recognized by many students. Here is a chance for your beginning bell players to experience performing Beethoven's music. Both 'Ode to Joy' and 'Russian Folksong' are written for a standard two octave bell set. They can be played on handbells, hand chimes or tone chimes. Ode to Joy is a little under one and a half minutes long and uses 18 bells. Russian Folksong is a little under one minute long, and uses 15 bells. These pieces are useful both for classroom and concert use.
