Suitable for beginners to Grade 2, this arrangement for Junior String Orchestra features repeated syncopated rhythms in the accompaniment parts to add lively interest to the main theme. Players in the 1st and 2nd violins enjoy a conversational sharing of the main theme as well as plenty of unison rhythmic playing to give them confidence. Also included are "skill builder" parts for the newest members of your orchestra. These parts double the cello and viola part, but only use open strings and first finger. The left hand on the piano doubles the bass part, and the violin three part is the same as the viola part: this should give you plenty of flexibility!
