Product Description
Ognuno sta solo: a piece for piano in neoclassical or neo-romantic style, which
reveals a desolate musical atmosphere. The title quotes a poem by the Sicilian
poet Salvatore Quasimodo (1901-1968) about incommunicability:
"Ognuno sta solo sul cuor della terra
trafitto da un raggio di sole:
ed è subito sera "
Everyone stands alone at the heart of the
earth
pierced by a ray of sunlight
and suddenly it's night.
(an own translation, I do not claim it to be
the best)
This prelude for piano was composed in Bremen
(Germany) on May 11, 2019.
