Product Description
The Pink Panther Theme was written by Henry
Mancini, for the 1963 movie of the same name. Winning three Grammies and a
top ten hit in the US, the song has since become essential repertoire for
saxophonists across the world, but sounds great on other instruments too. This
version is arranged as a duet forgone Trumpet and one Trombone.
Musicians at an intermediate level will find
this ideal for formal and informal concert performances. Both parts have plenty
of interest. The overall performance time is around two minutes. The short audio sample is from the Clarinet and Alto Saxophone version while the full length performance on the youtube link is the Alto Saxophone version.
Teachers will enjoy using this arrangement as a fun way to help
with jazz rhythms, accidentals and dynamic range.
