Here is probably the biggest John Mellencamp hit ever. This is the one that separated him from other hometown rockers. In the original key from his "American Fool" project, this one is still being perfomed by John live today. You here that first measure with the beat going and you know what song it is. I cut out the 3 measures of drum beat in the middle of the piece, since there isn't any drums in the quartet. Although some of the lyrics are spoken, I tried to keep those notes close to John's vocal and stayed withing the chord. Duration = 4:21.
