This peaceful song, arranged for a violin and/or flute duet, begins with Part 1 playing the melody and Part 2 adding harmony. The second time through the song, there is a key change from F major to G major and the parts switch with Part 2 on the melody and Part 1 playing harmony.

This piece can be performed by any combination of C-instruments. The range for both parts is middle C to the second G above (C4 to G5). For the violin, all notes in both parts can be played in first position making this arrangement an excellent choice for beginning students.
