Product Description

Having been a huge fan of Damon Albarn's since his time in Blur, I naturally came to love Gorillaz music when he started that up. This song is arguably one of his most creative and I couldn't resist producing an arrangement for string quartet. This arrangement is very special and uses the capabilities of the instruments to make up for a lack of drums, sound effects, rapping and laughing!

Search for my other rock and pop arrangements for string quartet by artists such as Radiohead, Guns N' Roses, Muse, Blur, Gorillaz, David Bowie, Nirvana, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Ed Sheeran, Paul McCartney and many others. 

This arrangement is suitable for an advanced ensemble and would be difficult to sight read so will need some practice. Violin 2 has chords to strum in the final section; these are perfectly playable but will require some practice for someone who is not used to playing them.

I hope you enjoy playing this as much as I did arranging it!
