Product Description
One of the most recognized and performed Christmas songs is Bring a Torch, Jeanette, Isabella. This arrangement for flute choir is taken from Chip Davis' arrangement for the group that he founded called Mannheim Steamroller. As with almost all of my arrangements, there are differences in this piece that I adapted to my liking, but the overall feel is intact.
Scored for 3 altos, 2 basses, contra-alto in G, and contrabass flutes. There is an optional 3rd bass part that doubles the contra-alto, and an optional cello part that doubles the contrabass. The cello could also be substituted by any bass clef C instrument in the same range, such as a bassoon.
This is a timeless piece that I hope you and your audience will love.
Duration: 2 minutes
