Product Description
Wilhelm Peterson-Berger was a Swedish composer and music critic who wasn't afraid to speak his mind. He was an accomplished pianist/organist. His works included opera, symphony, choir, chamber, vocal, and piano music.
He is mostly remembered for his piano compositions from a series of 3 albums called Frösöblomster, or Flowers of Frösö. This work is one of the most performed of the series.
This beautiful piece is simple enough for musicians with intermediate skills, but requires good breath support. The arrangement is for 4 C flutes, alto, bass, contrabass, and optional cello.
