Product Description
This highly infectious Mexican folk song was made very popular by Ritchie Valens back in the late 1950's. It made a huge comeback in 1987, when the movie, La Bamba, was made.
This flute choir version is what you could consider La Bamba lite, as it doesn't have a rock-n-roll feel to it that Ritchie Valens' version had, but more of a tippy-toe sound to it. If you would like to liven it up a little, you could add percussion instruments, like a shaker, tambourine, etc.
Scored for 4 C, alto, and bass flutes.
