Product Description

Mozart was only 24 when he wrote the Missa Solemnis in C Major K337, and the second movement, Gloria, is one of my favorites. This mass was originally written for choir, solo singers, and chamber orchestra. This arrangement is for flute choir, scored for 7 C flutes, alto and bass. If your choir has a contrabass flute, it can double the bass. There is an optional cello part that can be played by any other C instrument in a similar range. The solo voices are in Flutes 1-4 with some background parts mixed in.  

This is for the more advanced flute choir and is a great piece to add to your recital.
