Product Description

Notebook for Wolfgang (Amadeus Mozart)

32  pieces displaying the styles and conventions of the classical period.

According to the traditional interpretation, the notebook was given to Wolfgang as a present on his seventh birthday,
Oct. 31st 1762, from his father Leopold.

Wolfgang Plath writes in the preface to volume IX/27/1 of the Neue Mozart-Ausgabe (p.IX): "The dedication inscription, allegedly written by Leopold Mozart and dated 31. Oktober 1762, turned out to be a crude forgery.

This is my arrangement of 6 of those pieces arranged for natural horn.

So the trios may have mixs of horns in varying keys, while will provide the horn trio with an oppertunity to practise their transposition skills.

There are NO alternative horn in F parts
