My "easy piano" arrangements are clean and uncluttered on the page. They are piano solos. They do not include the lyrics or chord symbols.
Keep in mind that "easy" means different things to different people. When I do "easy" arrangements, I generally make them less "notey" and simplify melodies and rhythms where appropriate. Let the music sample be your guide!
