Product Description

Starting from the traditional Christmas carol, this arrangement quotes from a number of classical composers (Wagner, Tchaikovsky, Bach) and goes through a number of musical styles (from medieval music to 1920's Jazz) to underline the humourous idea of such an accumulation of disparate objects suggested by the song. This is the complete set of brass and percussion parts only. The full score woodwind parts are available as two seperate items. The individual parts are available as well. This set contains: Cornet I, II and III Bb Trumpet I and II F Horn I and II Trombone I, II and III Baritone I and II (BC in C and TC in Bb parts) Tuba Timpani Percussion 1: snare drum, triangle, 2 temple blocks Percussion II: crash cymbals, suspended cymbal, bass drum, three toms, woodblock Percussion III: xylophone, marimba, chimes, glockenspiel duration : ca 7'00"
