In 2004, popular violinist Lucia Micarelli - former concertmaster of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and collaborator with Josh Groban and Jethro Tull - released her debut album of classical pieces and orchestral reinterpretations of pop songs, and her cover of "To Love You More" became a hit in its own right. This arrangement pares down that solo-violin-and-orchestra version into a piece for two-violin and cello trio, and it maintains the beautiful soaring melodies, interesting countermelodies, dynamic excitement, and rhythmic variation of Micarelli's recording. Fun to play and to listen to, this song is perfect for weddings, receptions, cocktail hours, parties, solo and ensemble concerts, and pretty much any other occasion!
