Product Description
Complete score and parts of the "Cello Concerto in A minor RV 419" for Violoncello concertante, Strings and Cembalo. Composed in 1740? by Antonio Vivaldi. Reconstructed and elaborated by Santino Cara in Rome in 1972.
3 Movements: 1. Allegro, 2. Andante, 3. Allegro
Source: Year of unknown composition. Studies and researches especially by the curator of the catalog of Vivaldi's works Peter Ryom (Verzeichnis der Werke Antonio Vivaldis, RV) considered it plausible that it was composed in 1740 in conjunction with the "Six Cello Sonatas Op.14". The concerto in A minor for a cello concertante, strings with two violins, violas, cellos and basses, was reconstructed in Rome in 1972 with the elaboration of the continuo for harpsichord using copies of the manuscripts kept in the "Sala dei Manuscripts of the University Library of Turin".
