Rocket Man by Elton John, arranged for string quartet by Alison Gillies.
 
Oficially titled Rocket Man (I Think It's Going To Be A Long, Long Time), this song was released back in 1972 on Elton John's Honky Chateau album. It has since been covered by Kate Bush and David Fonseca, among others, and has featured in several different films and TV series.
 
This arrangement coincides with the release of the 2019 Elton John biopic Rocketman, featuring Taron Egerton and directed by Dexter Fletcher, which is sure to make it a popular request for weddings and functions.
