Product Description

Merry Christmas!

Heres how to play the famous Christmas carol We Three Kings (also known as "We Three Kings of Orient Are" or "The Quest of the Magi") on piano.

With these easy, beautiful, accurate piano sheets, you can play We Three Kings on piano - you can use this version to play the song by yourself on piano, accompany singers, or sing along yourself!

We Three Kings of Orient Are is a traditional Christmas carol. Words and music were written by the American clergyman John Henry Hopkins Jr. for a Christmas pageant in 1857.

Note that I have two versions available in this library:

A very easy one, and one which is a bit more challenging. Enjoy!

Here are the full lyrics to the Christmas carol:

We three kings of Orient are;

Bearing gifts we traverse afar,

Field and fountain, moor and mountain,

Following yonder star

Refrain:

O star of wonder, star of night,

Star with royal beauty bright,

Westward leading, still proceeding,

Guide us to thy perfect light.

Born a King on Bethlehems plain

Gold I bring to crown Him again,

King forever, ceasing never,

Over us all to reign.

Refrain

Frankincense to offer have I;

Incense owns a Deity nigh;

Prayer and praising, all men raising,

Worship Him God Most High.

Refrain

Myrrh is mine, its bitter perfume

Breathes a life of gathering gloom;

Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying,

Sealed in the stone cold tomb.

Refrain

Glorious now behold Him arise;

King and God and sacrifice;

Alleluia!, Alleluia!,

Peals through the Earth and skies.

Refrain
