This a cappella (SSAA) arrangement of Bridge Over Troubled Water will be accessible to any community or school choir. The melody is shared between all the parts, making it a great sing for all! The solo at the beginning of the song (after the intro), lasts for 8 bars only, and then again at the end for "I will ease your mind" (i.e. there is no solo part for the entire song.)
Dorothy Horn is an arranger who lives in Sydney (originally from Cape Town), and whose
arrangements are designed to be singable by community choirs whose
members usually include people with varying musical backgrounds.
Dorothy aims to keep her arrangements simple, singable, fairly easy to
memorize, within comfortable singing range, while still conveying the
