I was happy with this transaction with Alfredsmusic.com. The pdf download came in the wrong key. It was annoying that you guys have absolute zero TELEPHONE information available online, anywhere. Seriously annoying. I emailed in the morning and early that afternoon I received an email and phone call from a most professional and pleasant rep. Problem solved. I was using Alfreds Music products when I was in the fourth grade. It was very nice to have a transaction like that end well. Thanks you guys!
