I composed this piece between June and December of 2010. It is a rondo representing the sea. Most of the piece has the same rhythm in the left hand, representing the perpetual motion of the sea. The A section is a tense section in E minor. It is followed by a bright section in B sharp major. Then a storm is coming, so we transition to a tense section again in E minor. Then the happy B theme returns again in G major then E flat major. The sea slows down towards the end, but in the last bar picks up again.
