The Christmas Waltz, adapted for concert band (Gr. 4) by Jeremy S. Martin.

You'll need a keyboard player; if you don't have a synth with celeste sound (or an actual celeste), just have your pianist play the celeste parts on the piano, but an octave higher than written. You'll also need a bass player and drummer, but their parts are rather simple and perfect for someone who has just picked up the bass. You can do without the harp and guitar parts, but having them will be a nice addition.
