There is an air of anticipation running through the crowd as they wait for the show to begin. First to enter are the jugglers, acrobats and clowns as they make their way around the tent, bringing a smile to the faces of children and adults alike. You can hear it in the music when they tumble, twist and somersault across the floor.
Next up, a hush falls on those in attendance as the mighty elephants make their entrance, followed shortly by the lion tamers (and of course, the lions) as well as the dancing bears. It isn't long before the clowns and acrobats return and the entire troupe gives a final grand exhibition to the rousing cheers of the audience, stomping their feet and yelling for more. But the show is nearly over and the performers leave the tent one by one, until the ringmaster alone remains. He takes a final bow from the center ring, bathed in the glow of the spotlight. The light goes out briefly, and when it comes back up...he is gone. The show is complete!
