1) Serenade from the Student Prince

The famous Serenade from the Student Prince arranged as a lyrical tuba solo with full brass band accompaniment.

2) Scherzo for Tuba

The bass instruments are sometimes overlooked when it comes to solo repertoire so this playful scherzo entitled Tembo is a fun piece designed to feature the Eb bass tuba.

Tembo is an African word for elephant and this piece was inspired by the famous bass solo The Elephant from Saint-Saëns Carnival of the Animals

This arrangement allows the bass to shine over the whole range of the instrument in a playful way as indicated by the term Scherzo.

For both pieces the download contains a FULL SCORE and the following parts

(Note. This arrangement is in normal British Brass Band format with Trombone, Euphonium, Baritone and Bass parts in treble clef.)
