A modern hymn to celebrate our blessings, and particularly a happy family or marriage.
There are two verses, one in English and one in Afrikaans (a South African language), and these are followed by an improvisation for a 'third verse', in a reflective, joyous way.

'Genade Groot' means 'Amazing Grace' in Afrikaans.

On three pages, in C major. The two verses are easy to play (UK Grade 3 standard, approximately), but the improvisation is more complex and requires a good rhythmical understanding.

The piece is dedicated to the composer's uncle, Arend Müller, to celebrate his 80th birthday.
