Product Description

Composed between August 2017 and January 2018, The Mass of Consolation began as a simple, prayerful moment at the piano. What followed was a deeply spiritual journey that unfolded into a full Mass settingcreated in response to Gods call to share this music with others.

Named in honor of Our Lady of Consolation, this work is a tribute to her intercession, guidance, and comfort throughout the entire creative process. I am especially grateful for the unwavering support of friends and colleagues who helped bring this vision to life.

A special thanks goes to Jack Gerding, choir director at Our Lady of Consolation Shrine in Carey, Ohio. His generosity, musical talent, and dedicationfrom leading rehearsals to securing the beautiful basilicawere instrumental in realizing this project.

This Mass setting includes:

  • Kyrie
  • Glory to God
  • Gospel Acclamation
  • Lenten Gospel Acclamation
  • Holy, Holy, Holy
  • Memorial Acclamations & Great Amen
  • Lamb of God
