The song has also been called "Jewels" and When He Cometh, When He Cometh." This work cherishes the thought of the return of Jesus Christ. Sections A and C are the verse. Sections B and D are the chorus. A modulation to a new key occurse towards the end of section B with the help of a German augmented sixth chord. A descant by yours truly is then added to the following section.
