Product Description
The classic graduation march by English composer Edward Elgar--it's the "Trio" section of his full March No.1--arranged for fingerstyle classical guitar (easy intermediate level), by Bradley Powell, a professional classical guitarist who records (with over 12 albums) as "The Candlelight Guitarist." This piece is played at virtually all graduation ceremonies, and was used in the graduation ceremony in the film "Forrest Gump." The arrangement uses "Drop D" tuning--with the sixth string tuned to low D. The difficulty level is comparable to (or even easier than) most Sor or Giulianai etudes. This is written in standard notation. (A version of this arrangement in TAB plus standard notation is available separately.) Watch Brad's YouTube performance linker here!
