A lovely 3 part arrangement for lower voices with a solo bass voice at the start of this wistful song by Joni Mitchell. The song is an account of winters in Saskatoon, Canada, where Mitchell grew up, a town subject to extreme temperatures, with warm summers and freezing winters. This arrangement was created for a lockdown recording and video released by The Sunday Boys in Feb 2021 as a way to lift the winter blues. Members recorded themselves from home and this was mixed together with a video postcard capturing some rare sightings of snow in Manchester, UK where the choir is based.
